Riverence Holdings Acquires Clear Springs Foods

Riverence Holdings LLC announced the acquisition of Clear Springs Foods, Inc., creating the largest land-based producer of trout in the Americas. The deal expands Riverence’s vertically integrated “egg-to-plate” supply chain, increasing production, processing and distribution capacity while retaining brands and team members in Idaho’s Magic Valley.
