CapitalSpring, a middle-market private investment firm, partnered with Coast Sign management to acquire Coast Sign, a U.S.-based manufacturer and service provider of exterior signage headquartered in Anaheim, California. CapitalSpring said it will support Coast Sign's growth through organic investment and strategic acquisitions to add capabilities and customers across multi-location end markets.
