Novae LLC Acquires Mirage Trailers LLC

Novae LLC, a portfolio company of Brightstar Capital Partners, has acquired Mirage Trailers LLC, a Nampa, Idaho-based manufacturer of enclosed, utility and towable RV trailers (brands include Mirage and TNT). Mirage was a portfolio company of Crescendo Capital Partners, OFS Capital Corporation and Fidus Investment Corporation; Mirage will continue to operate in Nampa as a division of Novae. The acquisition is an add-on to Novae's platform to expand geographic reach and strengthen dealer relationships across the western U.S. and Canada.
