Thrive, a portfolio company of Court Square Capital Management, has acquired Connecticut-based Edge Technology Group, a managed IT services and technology advisory firm serving alternative investment managers. The deal expands Thrive's international footprint with new offices and data centers across the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines and strengthens its cybersecurity, cloud, and automation capabilities for financial services clients.
