Summit Interconnect, backed by HCI Equity Partners, acquired Eagle Electronics, Inc. on June 1, 2021. Eagle, a printed circuit board manufacturer headquartered outside Chicago, brings quick-turn prototyping and high-reliability rigid and rigid-flex PCB capabilities to Summit's North American platform as the fourth add-on to HCI's Summit investment.
