Lindsay Goldberg Acquires Summit Interconnect from HCI Equity Partners

Affiliates of Lindsay Goldberg completed a majority investment in Summit Interconnect, a North American manufacturer of complex rigid and flexible printed circuit boards, partnering with Summit's CEO Shane Whiteside and management. HCI Equity Partners sold the company after a period of rapid growth under its ownership; terms were not disclosed and Lindsay Goldberg said the investment will support Summit's next phase of growth and capability expansion.
