Cordance Acquires Upright Labs

Cordance, a Raleigh-based acquirer and operator of vertically-focused B2B SaaS businesses, has completed the acquisition of Upright Labs, a Washington, D.C.-based provider of cloud-based e-commerce solutions for secondhand retailers. The deal will give Upright Labs access to Cordance's financial and executive resources to scale its Upright Lister multichannel inventory and listing platform and expand services for resale retailers.
