Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.) has signed an agreement to acquire Act Global, a US-based synthetic turf manufacturer headquartered in Austin, Texas. The acquisition expands B.I.G.'s artificial grass and sports-turf capabilities, adds North American manufacturing capacity and broadens its product reach into landscaping, aviation and landfill solutions.

The deal expands TenCate's geographic footprint and Outdoor Living portfolio across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and South America.
