Ascend Technologies LLC, a Midwest-based managed services provider backed by private equity firm M/C Partners, has merged with Infogressive, a Lincoln, Nebraska–based cybersecurity/MSSP firm. The add-on transaction expands Ascend's cybersecurity and cloud capabilities and creates a combined organization of more than 150 U.S.-based technical and security professionals with offices in Chicago, Illinois and Lincoln, Nebraska.

ESW Acquires Scalefast

ESW, a Dublin-based global direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce company and an Asendia Group company, has completed its acquisition of Scalefast, a Los Angeles-based end-to-end ecommerce solution provider. The deal augments ESW's DTC technology and services with Scalefast's specialty store platform and data analytics capabilities to accelerate speed-to-market for retailers and brands across multiple categories.

ASGN Incorporated Acquires GlideFast Consulting

ASGN Incorporated has closed its acquisition of GlideFast Consulting LLC for $350 million in cash. GlideFast will join ASGN's Apex Consulting Services within the Commercial Segment, bringing ServiceNow implementation capabilities and expected 2022 revenue of about $95 million to support cross-selling across ASGN's large account base.
