ESW Acquires Scalefast

ESW, a Dublin-based global direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce company and an Asendia Group company, has completed its acquisition of Scalefast, a Los Angeles-based end-to-end ecommerce solution provider. The deal augments ESW's DTC technology and services with Scalefast's specialty store platform and data analytics capabilities to accelerate speed-to-market for retailers and brands across multiple categories.

The deal will integrate Ecwid's SaaS storefront and social-commerce capabilities into Lightspeed's commerce platform to expand omnichannel selling options for merchants.
