Atria Wealth Solutions Acquires NEXT Financial Group, Inc.

Atria Wealth Solutions agreed to acquire 100% of NEXT Financial Group, Inc. (and its sister companies Next Financial Insurance Services Company and Visionary Asset Management, Inc.), bringing roughly 500 advisors and about $13 billion in AUA into Atria's platform. The deal expands Atria's footprint in the independent advisor channel and will increase Atria's total advisors served to nearly 2,000 and AUA to approximately $65 billion upon closing.

Atria Wealth Solutions Acquires Western International Securities

Atria Wealth Solutions completed the acquisition of Western International Securities (WIS), adding WIS's more than 400 independent financial advisors and roughly $11 billion of assets under administration to Atria's platform. The deal expands Atria's advisor affiliation models (including a turnkey branch solution) and increases its scale to serve nearly 2,500 advisors with about $75 billion of AUA across five broker-dealers.

Wealth Enhancement Group Acquires Kings Point Capital Management

Wealth Enhancement Group, a Minneapolis-based independent wealth management firm, has acquired Kings Point Capital Management, an independent RIA with offices in Great Neck, New York and Brentwood, Tennessee. The deal brings Kings Point’s $1.7 billion in client assets onto Wealth Enhancement Group’s platform, increasing the firm’s total client assets to about $55 billion and adding a team of five advisors plus 11 support staff.

Dubis Financial Planning, Ng Wealth Advisors, and Waypoint Wealth Partners — adding roughly $2.7 billion in AUA and bringing Beacon Pointe's total AUA to ~ $47 billion. The deals expand Beacon Pointe's national footprint with new offices and advisory teams across Massachusetts, Texas, Ohio, Wisconsin, and California.
