Cultura Technologies has acquired Agiboo BV, a Netherlands-based provider of Agiblocks, a commodity trade and risk management (CTRM) software platform serving global agribusinesses. Agiboo’s founders Jan van den Brom and Joep Wijers will remain in leadership roles and Agiboo will continue to operate autonomously while leveraging Cultura’s global reach and agri-food technology ecosystem.

360Learning Acquires Looop

360Learning, the global collaborative learning SaaS provider, has acquired UK-based LMS leader Looop for $20 million in a mix of cash and shares. The acquisition brings Looop's UX-focused, automation-first learning management system and its enterprise customer base (including Klarna, Monzo, Financial Times and ASOS) into 360Learning to accelerate product capabilities and increase penetration in the UK and other markets.
