FullSpeed Automotive, a portfolio company of CenterOak Partners, has acquired American LubeFast (ALF), a quick-lube provider with 50 locations across Georgia, Florida, Mississippi and Alabama. The add-on expands FullSpeed’s footprint to over 560 locations and deepens its presence in the Southeast as ALF locations are converted to the Grease Monkey brand.

Worth market (majority operating under the Kwik Kar brand) from owner Ryan Ghoutiemeh. The deal expands FullSpeed's geographic footprint as an add-on to its platform, which now operates over 675 franchised and company-owned locations.

Oil Changers Acquires Nine Stores from National Lube Express
