FullSpeed Automotive, a MidOcean Partners–backed franchisor/operator, acquired 25 quick-lube and automotive service centers in the Dallas–Ft. Worth market (majority operating under the Kwik Kar brand) from owner Ryan Ghoutiemeh. The deal expands FullSpeed's geographic footprint as an add-on to its platform, which now operates over 675 franchised and company-owned locations.
