Charterhouse and Siaci Saint Honore Management Agree Deal; Ardian and Edmond de Rothschild to Sell

Charterhouse Capital Partners, together with the management team led by CEO Pierre Donnersberg, has agreed to acquire the Siaci Saint Honore Group from Ardian and Edmond de Rothschild in a management buyout. Charterhouse will be the main shareholder alongside management to support the Group’s development as an independent European insurance consulting and brokerage leader; the transaction was expected to complete in September 2018 and is subject to regulatory and works council approvals.
