Groupe Burrus-led Consortium to Acquire Siaci Saint Honoré from Charterhouse

Charterhouse Capital Partners entered exclusive negotiations to sell Paris-headquartered insurance broker Siaci Saint Honoré to a consortium led by Groupe Burrus, creating a newly combined group intended to be an independent European leader in insurance consulting and brokerage. The transaction will see Charterhouse fully exit the business; investors in the consortium include institutional backers such as Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan alongside Groupe Burrus.
