The acquisition expands Bradford's inpatient addiction treatment footprint into Tennessee and increases its continuum of care across the Southeast.

The deal (terms undisclosed) was financed by Fifth Third and Comvest Credit Partners and positions Bradford to scale its 40-facility behavioral health platform across the Southeast under existing management.
