Lee Equity Partners Acquires Bradford Health Services from Centre Partners

Lee Equity Partners acquired a majority ownership interest in Bradford Health Services, a Birmingham, Alabama-based provider of substance use disorder treatment, from Centre Partners and other existing investors; Centre Partners will retain a minority stake. The deal (terms undisclosed) was financed by Fifth Third and Comvest Credit Partners and positions Bradford to scale its 40-facility behavioral health platform across the Southeast under existing management.
