Score Group, a Peterhead-based provider of engineering and valve services, has acquired Callidus, a Perth-headquartered specialist in high-end flow controls, valve management, welding and corrosion control. The acquisition expands Score's delivery capability across APAC (including Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Madagascar and New Caledonia) and deepens its technical offering for LNG, mineral processing and power generation customers.
