SCF Partners has completed an investment in Callidus Process Solutions Pty Ltd, a Perth-based specialist provider of valve management, specialist welding and maintenance services to the critical minerals processing and LNG sectors. SCF will partner with the Callidus management team to support geographic growth and enhance the company’s service offering; Callidus employs in excess of 300 people across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Score Group Acquires Kampen Valve Care B.V.

Score Group acquired Kampen Valve Care B.V., a Netherlands-based valve maintenance and repair specialist, to expand its presence in the Dutch and wider Benelux markets and to offer its Emissions Elimination Program (EEP) to Kampen’s customers. Kampen Valve Care brings roughly 45 years of experience servicing downstream and upstream energy customers and will be integrated into Score’s valve services platform to broaden regional capability and customer access to Score’s emissions detection and repair solutions.

Netcall Acquires Skore Labs Limited

APA Corporation Acquires Callon Petroleum Company
