New Orleans-based private equity firm LongueVue Capital has completed a recapitalization and growth investment in Summit Plastics, partnering with CEO Tom Nathanson and the company's management team. Summit Plastics, headquartered in Summit, Mississippi, is a niche B2B manufacturer of custom LLDPE blown film and bags serving food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare end markets; Origin Bank provided senior debt for the transaction.

Massman Companies Acquires Ultra Packaging

Massman Companies, a packaging machinery manufacturer based in Villard, Minnesota, has acquired Ultra Packaging Inc., a Chicago-based designer of vertical and horizontal automated cartoning machines. Granite Partners assisted Massman in the transaction; the acquisition expands Massman's product portfolio to offer full-line packaging solutions including cartoning, shrink wrapping, and case packing.

PPC Flexible Packaging Acquires Custom Poly Bag, Inc.

TedPack LLC Acquires Fairview International's Flexible Packaging Business

TedPack LLC acquired the flexible packaging business operations of Fairview International LLC effective July 1, 2025, and established its first U.S. subsidiary with headquarters in Port Washington, Wisconsin. The deal preserves existing customer relationships and transitions Fairview's Jackson, Wisconsin packaging operations to TedPack to provide localized service across all 50 states.

Dallas Plastics (Sole Source Capital) Acquires Emballage MPP

Dallas Plastics, a portfolio company of Sole Source Capital, has acquired Emballage MPP, a Montreal-based manufacturer of blown polyethylene film used in medical, food and industrial packaging. The add-on expands Dallas Plastics' geographic footprint into Canada and increases scale and product reach for its flexible packaging business; terms were not disclosed.
