DuvaSawko / abeo, a Varsity Healthcare Partners–backed provider of outsourced revenue cycle management (RCM) and practice management solutions, has completed a strategic combination with Gottlieb, a multi-vertical RCM and practice management provider. The deal (terms undisclosed) combines capabilities and scale to create one of the largest outsourced RCM and practice management platforms serving anesthesia, emergency medicine and hospitalist practices; management from both companies will remain significant shareholders.
