Kipu Health Acquires Hatch Compliance

Kipu Health has acquired Hatch Compliance, a cloud-based compliance management and consulting provider focused on behavioral health organizations. The deal adds governance, risk and compliance (GRC) capabilities — including a Compliance Management System (CMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) — to Kipu's behavioral health technology platform to better support regulatory requirements for treatment providers.

(NASDAQ: STRM) acquired Avelead Consulting, LLC, an Atlanta-based provider of healthcare revenue-cycle SaaS, to expand its revenue integrity and revenue cycle capabilities. The deal included $20 million of cash and stock consideration plus an estimated $15 million performance-based earnout; Avelead had an ARR run rate of $5.7 million and twelve-month revenue of $10.2 million as of June 30, 2021.
