Firmament-backed Panacea Healthcare Solutions has acquired CBIZ KA Consulting Services, LLC (KA Consulting) to expand its eligibility determination, clinical coding & auditing, and revenue integrity capabilities for U.S. hospitals and health systems. The KA Consulting leadership team will be integrated into Panacea, with George Kelley named President of Panacea’s new KA Consulting division to support expanded revenue integrity and compliance offerings.
