Network Coverage Acquires ACA Computers

Network Coverage, a managed service provider backed by Tenex Capital Management, has acquired ACA Computers, a 21-year provider of managed IT services. Peapack Private Investment Banking advised ACA's selling shareholders JP Pladek and Paul Schmalz; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Network Coverage's capabilities and geographic reach in delivering managed IT, cybersecurity and cloud services to mid-market clients.
