Risant Health Acquires Geisinger

Risant Health, a nonprofit organization created by Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, has completed the acquisition of Geisinger, making Geisinger the inaugural member of Risant’s value-based care platform. The deal, which closed on March 31, 2024, will combine Risant’s platform capabilities with Geisinger’s integrated health system (serving ~1.2 million people, ~$10B revenue, ~26,000 employees) to accelerate adoption of value-based care and expand access to coverage.

NV5 Global Acquires GIS Solutions, Inc.

(NV5) has agreed to acquire GIS Solutions, Inc., a Springfield, Illinois–based provider of enterprise GIS application development, cloud database design, data science, and project management services for state departments of transportation and utilities. The deal, paid with a combination of cash and stock, is expected to be immediately accretive to NV5 and expands NV5’s geospatial and cloud-managed data capabilities.

GE HealthCare Acquires MIM Software
