Park Place Technologies Acquires SDV Solutions

Park Place Technologies has acquired SDV Solutions, a Virginia-based, Service-Disabled Veteran–owned provider of data center hardware maintenance, managed services and professional services to U.S. Federal Government agencies. The founding owners Mike and Erin McMahan will remain involved to ensure continuity; Agile Equity provided exclusive investment banking services to SDV Solutions. The acquisition expands Park Place's federal capabilities and depth of security-cleared field engineers while leveraging Park Place's broader service and supply-chain platforms.

TriMech Acquires Solid Solutions Group

TriMech, a portfolio company of Sentinel Capital Partners, has acquired Solid Solutions Group (SSG), the leading SOLIDWORKS reseller and 3D CAD/CAM services provider in the United Kingdom and Ireland, from LDC. The deal expands TriMech's global engineering design platform, adds SSG’s ~23 UK/Ireland offices and 250+ employees, and is supported by follow-on equity from Sentinel; Solid Solutions’ CEO Alan Sampson will become President of TriMech’s UK & European business.

Park Place Technologies Acquires CentricsIT Professional Services and TPM Assets
