Atlas Copco Group Acquires Hycomp Inc. Technology

Atlas Copco Group has acquired the high-pressure oil-free compressor technology of Hycomp Inc., integrating it into the Professional Air division within the Compressor Technique business area. Hycomp, a privately owned Utah manufacturer north of Salt Lake City with about 37 employees and roughly $8M in 2023 revenue, will expand Atlas Copco's product range and capabilities in oil-free high-pressure compressors.

Highlander Partners Acquires Controlling Interest in Hi‑Tech Industries

Highlander Partners, a Dallas-based private investment firm, acquired a controlling interest in Hi‑Tech Industries, a Farmington, Michigan manufacturer and distributor of professional car care products and specialty aerosols. Hi‑Tech will continue to operate autonomously from its Farmington and Southfield facilities under its existing management while Highlander pursues a buy-and-build strategy in the automotive appearance market.

Honeywell Acquires Air Products' LNG Process Technology and Equipment Business for $1.81B

Honeywell has completed the $1.81 billion cash acquisition of Air Products’ liquefied natural gas (LNG) process technology and equipment business. The divestiture transfers related assets, intellectual property, manufacturing capability (including the Port Manatee, Florida coil-wound heat exchanger facility) and approximately 475 employees to Honeywell as Air Products refocuses on its industrial gases and clean hydrogen growth strategy.

Highlander Partners Acquires Liteye Systems

AirLife Gases Acquires Majority Stake in Royal Helium Ltd.

AirLife Gases Private Limited completed the acquisition of 79,901,328 common shares and 4,000,000 warrants of Royal Helium Ltd., representing approximately 52.9% of the fully-diluted common shares, giving AirLife control of Royal Helium. The deal gives AirLife upstream access to helium production assets in southern Saskatchewan and southeastern Alberta, Canada, and rights to nominate a board majority and an exclusive offtake for Royal Helium's helium and specialty gases.
