Heli (heli.life), an adventure-travel marketplace, has closed the purchase of Great Canadian Heli-Skiing and the Heather Mountain Lodge in interior British Columbia. The acquisition is a vertical-integration move by Heli to own supply (a boutique heli-ski operator and lodge) while preserving the existing team and operations under the new ownership.

Fundamental Advisors Acquires HeloAir, Inc.

Fundamental Advisors launched a helicopter investment strategy and acquired HeloAir, Inc., a Richmond, Virginia-based regional operator of utility and fire-suppression helicopters. HeloAir founder Whit Baldwin will remain with a retained stake and the deal establishes a platform for Fundamental to expand capabilities and pursue complementary acquisitions in aerial public-safety and infrastructure monitoring services.

Honeywell Acquires Air Products' LNG Process Technology and Equipment Business for $1.81B

Honeywell has completed the $1.81 billion cash acquisition of Air Products’ liquefied natural gas (LNG) process technology and equipment business. The divestiture transfers related assets, intellectual property, manufacturing capability (including the Port Manatee, Florida coil-wound heat exchanger facility) and approximately 475 employees to Honeywell as Air Products refocuses on its industrial gases and clean hydrogen growth strategy.

Helix Energy Solutions Acquires Alliance Group of Companies

Airbus Helicopters Acquires 90% Stake in Eurocopter Kazakhstan Engineering

Airbus Helicopters increased its stake in Eurocopter Kazakhstan Engineering from 50% to 90%, taking majority control of the Kazakhstan-based helicopter assembly, sales and service joint venture. The Kazakh business has been renamed Airbus Helicopters Kazakhstan Engineering; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal strengthens Airbus's presence in Central Asia, particularly with government and emergency services customers.
