Concord (Concord Label Group) has acquired Stem, the artist-first distribution and label-services platform led by CEO Milana Lewis and President Kristin Graziani. Stem will operate as a separate division within Concord Label Group to accelerate product investment and global expansion, while Tone — Stem's royalty accounting business — is being spun off as a standalone company with Concord as an investor.

Concord Acquires Broadway Licensing Global and Its Imprints

Concord has acquired Broadway Licensing Global (BLG) and its family of imprints — Broadway Licensing, Dramatists Play Service, Playscripts, and Stage Rights — adding roughly 150 titles and hundreds of authors to Concord Theatricals' catalogue. The deal (which excludes BLG's Stageworks development division and the Broadway On Demand streaming service) consolidates theatrical-licensing catalogs under Concord to expand its publishing and licensing capabilities.

Concord Originals Acquires RKO Pictures

Concord Originals, the film and TV division of Concord, has acquired RKO (RKO Pictures) from longtime chairman Ted Hartley, securing derivative rights to more than 5,000 titles from the studio's historic film library. RKO will operate as an imprint under Concord Originals with joint leadership from Sophia Dilley and Mary Beth O'Connor as Co‑Presidents, and Ted Hartley remaining as Chairman Emeritus and lead producer on active projects.

The deal expands NAC's presence in the Midwest and strengthens its F&I sales and training capabilities, with Mojo's founder Adam Hawthorne remaining in an operational role.
