Concord Acquires Mojo Music & Media Publishing Catalog

Concord has acquired the music publishing catalog of Mojo Music & Media, adding more than 30,000 songs — including works by REO Speedwagon, KISS and Cheap Trick — to its publishing portfolio. The deal expands Concord's catalog and follows Concord's broader strategic accumulation of publishing assets and recent bid activity in the music-rights market.

Teradata Acquires Stemma Technologies

Teradata has acquired Stemma Technologies, a cloud-native managed data catalog provider, to add AI-enhanced data discovery, metadata management and data lineage capabilities to its Vantage analytics platform. The acquisition brings Stemma's engineering and metadata expertise into Teradata to accelerate capabilities for AI/ML analytics; terms were not disclosed.

The deal (which excludes BLG's Stageworks development division and the Broadway On Demand streaming service) consolidates theatrical-licensing catalogs under Concord to expand its publishing and licensing capabilities.
