SecurityBridge has acquired CyberSafe, a UK-based pioneer of MFA and SSO solutions for SAP, integrating CyberSafe's TrustBroker products into SecurityBridge's SAP-native cybersecurity platform to deliver contextual, passwordless MFA and enhanced authentication controls. The deal expands SecurityBridge's capabilities for SAP user authentication by adding policy-based MFA, step-up authentication, and SSO that respond to real-time threat signals across the SAP application layer.

Resolute Holdings I, LP (and affiliated vehicles) completed the acquisition of a majority interest (approximately 60% of outstanding shares) in CompoSecure, Inc. on September 17, 2024, in a transaction valued at about $372 million. Resolute has appointed David Cote as executive chairman and added several directors to CompoSecure's board; the investment is intended to drive organic growth, operational improvements and diversification of the company’s customer base through M&A.
