CloudHesive Acquires Eplexity with Investment from Strattam Capital

CloudHesive, an AWS Premier Partner backed by Strattam Capital, has acquired fellow AWS Premier Partner Eplexity to broaden its managed services, Amazon Connect/CCaaS, and application modernization capabilities. The deal is an add-on acquisition that expands CloudHesive’s U.S. footprint (adding a Denver office) and strengthens its contact center, AI/ML, and cloud migration offerings.

nClouds Acquires Cloudnexa

nClouds, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, has acquired Cloudnexa, another AWS Premier partner, to combine cloud operations, security and compliance capabilities. The deal—completed by nClouds (which is backed by Charles Thayne Capital)—creates one of the largest pure-play AWS partners in North America and strengthens the combined firm's offerings across public sector, healthcare, fintech and other industries.

Daxtra Acquires PivotCX

Daxtra, the UK-based provider of AI-enriched recruitment software, has acquired PivotCX, an Indianapolis-based talent acquisition communications hub. The acquisition (closed April 24, 2024) will fold PivotCX’s communications capabilities into the Daxtra product suite to improve candidate engagement and conversion; terms were not disclosed.

CoreDial Acquires Assets of eZuce

Horizon Capital-backed converged managed service provider DigitalSpace has acquired Arcus Cloud Services Limited (ACS), a Cambridge-based AWS advanced consulting and managed services firm. The multi-million pound deal expands DigitalSpace's cloud capabilities—particularly in public sector cloud migrations, cloud contact centres and desktop-as-a-service—and integrates ACS's AWS advisory, implementation and managed services into DigitalSpace's platform.
