Hunters Gate Holdings Acquires Controlling Interest in RetailOne

Hunters Gate Holdings, a private investment firm based in Atlanta, has acquired a controlling interest in RetailOne, LLC, a designer and manufacturer of interior millwork, fixtures and graphics. RetailOne will join Hunters Gate's Building Products platform alongside Image Manufacturing Group (IMG) to pursue organic growth and synergies with the platform, while management (COO Jay Fledderman) remains in place.

Digital Turbine Acquires ONE Store International
