Oklahoma City-based Kimray Inc. has acquired Texas-based distributor Control Equipment Inc. (CEI). The deal integrates Kimray's manufacturing and production capabilities with CEI's regional distribution network across the Permian Basin, southeast New Mexico, north Texas and the Texas Panhandle; financial terms were not disclosed.
