Netrisk Group Acquires Bauer Media's CEE Online Comparison Businesses

Netrisk Group (majority-owned by TA Associates) will combine its online comparison platforms with Bauer Media Group’s Online Comparison Platform (rankomat.pl, epojisteni.cz, srovnejto.cz and superpoistenie.sk) to create a scaled CEE price-comparison business. TA Associates remains the controlling shareholder, MCI Capital retains a minority stake, and Bauer will hold a significant non‑majority strategic stake in the combined group.
