MatchWorks Acquires Get Work's HR and Temporary Employment Business

Netherlands-based HR services provider MatchWorks has acquired the temporary employment and HR activities of Get Work. Get Work will retain its name and identity, with director Sytze Bril remaining involved; MatchWorks said the deal strengthens its regional HR position and creates an organisation supporting roughly 895 people, 138 SME clients and about 18 national customers. Terms were not disclosed.

The deal (closed May 24) brings Wirkn’s network of more than 17,000 mall, retail and restaurant locations and its ATS capabilities into JobGet’s frontline-hiring ecosystem; Wirkn’s CEO will remain as an advisor and the brand will continue for the foreseeable future.
