The transaction brings MCIP — a family-owned industrial coating business — into Milestone's portfolio, with Milestone and D2 positioning the business for growth in the Gulf Coast pipe coating market; Jeff Donaldson will serve as interim CEO during the transition.

Fortress Investment Group Acquires Infra Pipe Solutions
