RadNet, Inc. acquired a 75% controlling interest in London-based Heart & Lung Imaging Limited (HLH), a teleradiology network that provides lung cancer screening and cardiothoracic reporting services to the UK NHS. The deal deepens RadNet's population-health screening capabilities by combining HLH's NHS Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) footprint and expert radiologist network with RadNet's Aidence AI tools for lung nodule detection and screening workflow integration.

As part of the transaction, Dr. Ludger Dinkelborg (formerly CEO of Life Molecular) will join Lantheus as Head of Research & Development, reporting to the CEO.
