RadNet, Inc. has executed a definitive agreement to acquire DeepHealth, Inc., a Cambridge-based radiology AI and machine learning company focused on mammography and 3D breast imaging. The deal is structured as an initial share payment with up to additional milestone-based stock payments and aims to integrate DeepHealth's team and technology into RadNet's AI strategy to improve imaging interpretation and workflow efficiency.
