The acquisition adds quality, compliance and risk-management capabilities to Nulogy's MOS, expanding its offering for manufacturers, packagers and 3PLs.

Sunvair Aerospace Group Acquires Mingo Aerospace

Sunvair Aerospace Group, a portfolio company of Blue Sea Capital, has acquired Mingo Aerospace, an FAA-certified Tulsa-based provider of cargo loading system repairs and thermal spray coatings. Sunvair plans to invest in new capabilities and equipment to support Mingo's expansion; financing for the transaction was provided by NXT Capital and Barings.

Alation Acquires Lyngo Analytics

Lyngo’s co-founders Jennifer Wu and Joachim Rahmfeld will join Alation in senior product and AI/ML roles to help broaden the platform’s support for non-technical business users and convert natural-language questions into SQL.

Ginkgo Bioworks Acquires Novogy's Microbial Engineering Platform

Ginkgo Bioworks acquired the main assets of Novogy, Inc., absorbing Novogy's strain assets, IP portfolio, codebase and most of its technical team. The acquisition brings Novogy's expertise in lipid-producing oleaginous yeasts (notably Yarrowia lipolytica) into Ginkgo's cell‑programming platform to accelerate development of bio-based oils, chemicals and materials.
