The deal expands Sunland's geographic footprint into Texas and Oklahoma and broadens service capabilities (e.g., slurry sealing and chip sealing) while keeping Ace's President Scott Phillips as leader of the Western Division and Sunland CEO Doug DeClusin leading integration.
