Riverbend Sandler Pools, a Plano-based pool construction and service platform and portfolio company of Concentric Equity Partners, has acquired Backyard Paradise Luxury Pools, a Montgomery, Texas provider of residential and commercial pool construction, remodeling, repair and maintenance. The deal is an add-on acquisition that expands the Riverbend platform's presence into the Houston market; Backyard Paradise's owner Mitchell Buckley will remain in a leadership role and retain an ownership stake.

Green Meadow Sustainable Solutions, a PE-backed environmental services platform led by investors including Bernhard Capital Partners, acquired Riverbend Environmental Services LLC in November 2020. The deal adds a landfill in Jefferson County, Mississippi and transfer stations in Vicksburg, Mississippi and Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Green Meadow's operations and supports planned infrastructure upgrades, workforce investment and continued municipal contracts.
