Probo Medical Acquires Creative Foam's MRI Coil Repair Operation

Probo Medical has completed the acquisition of the MRI coil repair operation from Creative Foam, Inc., and will relocate the repair operations to Probo's Tampa, Florida headquarters. The deal expands Probo's in-house diagnostic imaging repair capabilities and establishes a long-term partnership with Creative Foam for re-foaming services, while Creative Foam will continue to operate its other facilities.

Domfoam Acquires Foamco Industries

Domfoam, a Montreal-based foam manufacturer, has acquired Foamco Industries, a Concord (GTA), Ontario foam fabricator to expand its presence in the Greater Toronto Area and broader Ontario market. The deal increases Domfoam's manufacturing footprint to five facilities (over 550,000 sq. ft.), enables next-day delivery across the GTA, and strengthens production capacity to better serve bedding, seating and medical customers.

Foam Fabricators Acquires Substantially All Assets of Polyfoam Corp.

Foam Fabricators, a Compass Diversified Holdings-backed packaging platform, has acquired substantially all of the assets of Massachusetts-based Polyfoam Corp., expanding Foam Fabricators' protective and temperature-sensitive packaging capabilities and geographic footprint. The deal adds Polyfoam's cold-chain and injection-molded plastic capabilities and enables cross-selling to national customers while Foam Fabricators also announced a partnership with Rational Packaging and commercialization of a biodegradable EPS product.

TEAM Technologies (Clearlake-backed) Acquires iiMED Medical Solutions from ACON Investments

TEAM Technologies, a Clearlake Capital-backed specialty manufacturer, has acquired iiMED Medical Solutions from ACON Investments. iiMED is a nearshore manufacturer of FDA Class I & II consumable medical devices based in Amherst, New York with manufacturing in Reynosa, Mexico; the deal expands TEAM's medical device manufacturing capabilities and nearshore footprint. Financial terms were not disclosed.

ARCHIMED Acquires FIM Medical

The acquisition, executed by ARCHIMED's MED Rise fund, positions the firm to strengthen its neuro & sensory and occupational health capabilities and support FIM Medical's international expansion.
