Emergency Care Partners (ECP), a physician-owned emergency medicine services platform backed by Varsity Healthcare Partners and Regal Healthcare Capital Partners, has completed a strategic merger with Integrated Emergency Medicine Specialists (IEMS). IEMS — a Naples, Florida-based emergency department management group founded in 2015 — will operate as a regional physician group within ECP to leverage ECP's clinical analytics, back-office infrastructure, and national partnership resources to support growth and deepen hospital relationships.
