Baidu Acquires JOYY's YY Live Business in China

Baidu has acquired JOYY Inc.'s video-based entertainment live streaming business in mainland China (known as YY Live) for approximately US$2.1 billion. LiveVox Merges with Crescent Acquisition Corp to Become Public
