Cedar Fair, L.P. and Former Six Flags Entertainment Corporation completed a merger of equals effective July 1, 2024, and the combined company will operate under the name Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (NYSE: FUN). The transaction creates North America's largest regional amusement-park operator by combining complementary park portfolios, intellectual property and financial profiles to drive scale, operational efficiencies and accelerated park investments.
