Wynnchurch Capital Acquires FCA Packaging from Delos Capital

Wynnchurch Capital has acquired FCA, LLC (FCA Packaging) from Delos Capital. FCA is a U.S.-based manufacturer of custom industrial protective packaging with 34 U.S. locations and headquarters in Moline, Illinois; Wynnchurch said the purchase will support expansion of the company's footprint and product portfolio.

FCA Packaging Acquires Greentree Packaging and Lumber

FCA, LLC (a Wynnchurch Capital portfolio company) has acquired Greentree Packaging and Lumber, a Fort Worth-based manufacturer of custom wood packaging and distributor of lumber products. The acquisition adds Greentree’s ~100k sq. ft. facility and nearly 200 employees to FCA’s ~40-location packaging network, expanding FCA’s custom wood packaging capabilities and presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth market and nationally.

FCA Packaging Acquires Timber Creek Resource

FCA Packaging, a portfolio company of Delos Capital, has acquired Timber Creek Resource (also doing business as Wisconsin Box), a custom crating and protective packaging manufacturer with operations in Wisconsin, New York and Tennessee. The deal is an add-on to FCA's national industrial packaging platform intended to expand regional capabilities and service offerings for OEM and industrial customers.

SC Pack Group Acquires Frapak Packaging

A.P. Moller Holding Acquires Faerch Group

Møller Holding A/S has signed an agreement to acquire Faerch A/S, a pan‑European leader in sustainable food packaging, from funds managed by Advent International for approximately EUR 1.9 billion. The deal, subject to competition approvals and completion of Faerch's recently announced Sirap acquisition, will support Faerch's expansion of recycling capacity and accelerate its circular packaging strategy.

Novvia Group Acquires Fox Valley Containers

Novvia Group, a Kelso-backed packaging platform, has acquired Fox Valley Containers, a Crystal Lake, Illinois-based distributor of plastic, metal, corrugated, and glass rigid packaging products. The deal expands Novvia's national distribution footprint and capabilities in the Upper Midwest; financial terms were not disclosed and the existing Fox Valley management team will remain in place.
