U.S. Compliance, a national EHS provider and platform backed by Susquehanna Growth Equity, has acquired OSHA/Environmental Compliance Systems (OECS), a St. Louis Park, Minnesota-based EHS consulting firm. The add-on expands U.S. Compliance's presence and service density in the Upper Midwest; terms were not disclosed and Troutman Pepper and Hennepin Partners served as advisors.

HSI is majority‑owned by Waud Capital Partners, which has supported HSI's growth through add-on acquisitions.

Haztech Energy Corp has completed the acquisition of Regina Safety Consulting and Training (RSCT), a Regina-based provider of industrial health & safety training and consulting serving clients across Saskatchewan and Alberta. The deal expands Haztech's Health & Safety Training division by adding RSCT's training capabilities and safety management expertise for industrial, construction and commercial customers.

Race Rock Infrastructure Acquires Highway Safety LLC and Ohio Galvanizing LLC

Houston-based Race Rock Infrastructure acquired Highway Safety LLC (HSC) and Ohio Galvanizing LLC (OGC), adding the guardrail, bridge rail, solar-support and galvanizing capabilities to its infrastructure portfolio. HSC and OGC will join Race Rock’s existing portfolio company Structural and Steel Products (SSP); founder W. Patric Gregory III will remain as President of HSC/OGC and join Race Rock’s board. The deal was financed with debt (led by Woodforest National Bank) and equity; Locke Lord LLP advised Race Rock and Sperry Mitchell & Company advised the sellers.

Würth Industry North America / Northern Safety & Industrial Acquires ORR Safety

Würth Industry North America (WINA) and its Northern Safety & Industrial (NSI) business have acquired Louisville-based ORR Safety, a privately held PPE and safety distributor with over $125M in revenue, more than 250 employees and four U.S. distribution facilities. The deal expands WINA/NSI's personalized safety services, private-label offering and geographic reach into markets such as rail, automotive and government while integrating ORR Safety's customer programs and logistics capabilities.

TIC Holding Schweiz Acquires HSE Conseils SA

TIC Holding Schweiz AG, a Winterberg-backed buy-and-build platform, has acquired HSE Conseils SA, a La Tène (Neuchâtel)–headquartered specialist in construction pollutant diagnostics, environmental services and occupational health and safety with seven Swiss sites. Founder and former owner Marc Dutoit is reinvesting at the holding level and will remain CEO; the deal expands TIC Holding Schweiz's construction safety/environment platform and French-speaking Switzerland footprint as part of its broader roll-up strategy.
