The seller Daniel De Nicola will remain as Managing Director; the deal expands TIC Holding Schweiz's geographic footprint and service offering in construction materials testing across Switzerland.

The deal is an add‑on to TIC Holding Schweiz's testing services platform and provides a succession solution for TransGeo's majority shareholder and CEO Christian Wyss while retaining local management through a staged handover.

IK Partners Acquires Majority Stake in HSL Compliance

IK Partners’ IK Small Cap III fund has agreed to acquire a majority stake in HSL Compliance, a UK environmental testing, inspection, certification and compliance (TICC) business, with the HSL management team reinvesting and LDC taking a minority reinvestment. The deal positions HSL to continue an aggressive buy-and-build strategy to expand services and coverage across the UK and Ireland; financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
