J.S. Held Acquires Assets of Environmental Profiles, Inc.

Global consulting firm J.S. Held announced the asset acquisition of substantially all assets of Environmental Profiles, Inc. (EPI), an environmental, health, and safety consulting firm with offices in Maryland and North Carolina. The deal adds EPI’s toxicology, industrial hygiene, and safety expertise to J.S. Held’s EHS practice and gives the EPI team access to J.S. Held’s broader technical, financial, and strategic consulting resources.
